Senior Release Manager | Enterprise Systems & Energy Sector Deployments

Polcode is a global technology partner with a team of almost 100 professionals. They build and improve digital businesses, software platforms, eCommerce stores, websites, and apps. The role supports long-term enterprise cooperation in complex IT environments and strategic delivery initiatives, including projects related to the energy sector.

• Strong commercial experience as a Release Manager in enterprise environments
• Experience coordinating software releases across multiple teams and systems
• Understanding of release governance, deployment planning, and change management
• Experience working with DEV, TEST, UAT, and PROD environments
• Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps, or enterprise delivery practices
• Proven experience in complex organizational or regulated environments
• Ability to present documented project experience and delivery history
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

Nice to have:

• Professional Scrum Master I certification
• SAFe Agilist certification
• AgilePM Foundation certification
• Experience in the energy sector
• Experience in large infrastructure, telecom, banking, or enterprise organizations
• Experience improving release or deployment processes at organizational level
• English language skills considered a plus

• Define and maintain release management strategies and release plans
• Coordinate software releases across multiple environments and systems
• Manage deployment schedules, release documentation, and rollback planning
• Coordinate cross-functional teams involved in release activities
• Supervise change management and deployment readiness processes
• Monitor release risks and recommend mitigation actions
• Support governance, reporting, and escalation processes
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal stakeholders
• Contribute to improving release and deployment management processes

100% remote work with occasional business trips or work from office in Warszawa, Poland.
