Data Scientist / ML Engineer (AdTech experience)

AdTech product for contextual advertising. The system analyzes website content and selects and displays relevant ads in real time through RTB auctions.

• Commercial experience at a Middle+ level or higher
• Confident spoken and written English skills at B2+ level
• Experience with AdTech / RTB / DSP
• Experience with CTR/performance optimization using data-driven methods
• Strong background in modeling, experimentation, and metrics analysis
• Strong Python / ML stack background
• Statistical analysis and hypothesis testing
• Product-oriented mindset focused on measurable impact
• Data-driven decision making

• Work independently and take ownership of tasks
• Ownership of experiments and optimization initiatives
• Accountability for performance outcomes
