Senior Fullstack Developer (.NET + Angular)

Scalo is involved in projects related to the development of multi-platform applications in the debt collection industry, creating software that plays a key role in the national financial market. The company supports internal mobility, technical and presales competence development, and personal brand building through expert events.

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience
• Daily use of AI tools in development work (e.g., GitHub Copilot, LLM models)
• Strong knowledge of C# and .NET platform (version 8+)
• Good knowledge of Angular (v16+) and TypeScript
• Proficient with ASP.NET Core Web API, REST, and GIT version control
• Knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server
• Practical experience applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles
• Experience building and developing distributed microservices systems
• Understanding of asynchronous communication patterns and event-driven architecture
• Strong knowledge of REST, CRUD, OOP, Clean Code, and CI/CD principles
• Additional advantage: knowledge of Docker, OpenShift, or Kubernetes
• English language proficiency at least B1 level
• High communication skills, openness, and proactive work approach

• Participate in projects for creating and developing multi-platform applications in the debt collection industry
• Actively participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to deployment, including refinement, planning, and process improvement
• Design, develop, and maintain backend (.NET) and frontend (Angular) applications
• Ensure high code quality and adherence to organizational and architectural standards (code review, clean code, ADR, EA guidelines)
• Design architecture and develop APIs (REST) and system integrations
• Work with data and optimize SQL queries and data models in complex, large-scale systems
• Design and develop solutions based on asynchronous communication and event-driven approaches (queues, messaging) supporting business processes via workflow and BPM platforms
• Actively support business and system requirements analysis, collaborating proactively with business, BA, and PO
• Collaborate daily within an Agile team environment
