IT Business Analyst

EVERSIS is a technology company with a well-established position in the Polish IT services market, specializing both in custom software development and projects delivered for the telecommunications and financial sectors. Their portfolio includes projects delivered for organizations such as the European Space Agency, Airbus Defence and Space, the National Bank of Poland, and T-Mobile.

• Solid experience as an IT Business Analyst in software development or complex IT projects.
• Ability to independently gather requirements, lead workshops, and work directly with Customers and stakeholders.
• Understanding of how to turn complex or chaotic business expectations into structured, actionable requirements.
• Understanding of customer experience and ability to connect business needs, processes, and technology into practical solutions.
• Comfortable working closely with both business and technical teams.
• Ability to prepare business and functional documentation, user stories, process flows, and wireframes/mock-ups.
• Understanding of software delivery processes.
• Fluent communication in Polish and English.
• Analytical, proactive, organized, and solution-oriented.
• Open to working in a smaller, non-corporate environment where ownership and initiative matter.

Nice to have:

• Experience working with enterprise, telco, banking, or financial sector clients.
• Experience supporting workshops, pre-sales activities, or solution proposals.
• Understanding of customer journeys and customer interaction processes.

• Gather information about customer needs, business goals, processes, and customer experience expectations.
• Understand the Customer’s business context and identify both business and user pain points.
• Translate complex and sometimes chaotic business expectations into clear, structured, and actionable requirements.
• Propose solutions, define project scope, and align recommendations with both business objectives and customer experience goals.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including requirements, user stories, process descriptions, and functional specifications.
• Prepare visualizations of proposed solutions (wireframes, mock-ups, process flows).
• Support the Customer and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle and help bridge communication between the business and technology teams.
• Collaborate with the QA team in quality verification, test case preparation, and ensuring delivered solutions meet business and customer expectations.
