Senior Palantir Foundry Specialist

This role is part of a long-term, international initiative focused on the development of People Data Products.

• Strong commercial experience with Palantir Foundry
• Senior-level expertise in developing and maintaining data products
• Hands-on experience with data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data transformations
• Good understanding of data architecture and data modeling concepts
• Experience working in large, enterprise-scale environments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively within international teams
• Professional level of English (at least B2)

Nice to have:

• Experience working with People Data / HR Data domains
• Knowledge of cloud environments and modern data platforms
• Experience in Agile delivery environments

• Design, develop, and maintain data products within the Palantir Foundry ecosystem
• Build and optimize data pipelines, transformations, and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business and data requirements
• Ensure high quality, scalability, and maintainability of developed solutions
• Support data integration and data modeling activities
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to data processing and platform performance
• Contribute to best practices and continuous improvement of data engineering processes
