Lead Data & AI Architect

ITFS is a consulting company from the Tricity area with a branch in Warsaw. It focuses primarily on IT specialist recruitment and creating project-based Software House solutions for clients from Poland and Western Europe.

• Experience in designing and developing architectures of analytical systems including AI/ML-based solutions
• Ability to define architectural standards and mentor HD/BI/ML teams
• Experience in designing cloud-native and hybrid architectures
• Knowledge of modern data architectures (Lakehouse, Data Mesh)
• Knowledge of data modeling and data flow design
• Knowledge of GenAI / LLM solutions and their integration with data platforms
• Experience in designing solutions meeting regulatory and security requirements (RODO, Data Governance)
• Knowledge of SAS 9.4 and/or SAS Viya architecture and platforms
• Knowledge of data platform architectures: Oracle (Oracle Exadata is a plus) or modern cloud data platforms
• Knowledge of DataOps and/or MLOps practices
• Knowledge of CI/CD technologies and concepts
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Languages: Polish (expert), English (basic)

• Designing architecture of modern analytical systems including real-time data sharing in cooperation with domain, business architects, and designers
• Defining architectural patterns supporting implementation of solutions based on the latest trends and technologies including AI/ML
• Ensuring architectural synergy of delivered solutions
• Analyzing available solutions and recommending optimal technologies both local and cloud-based
• Participating in the evaluation process of new technologies
• Providing internal technology consulting for development initiatives and projects
