SAP CO Business Consultant & Team Lead (m/f/x)

• Solid experience with SAP CO module, preferably gained in an international environment.
• Experience or exposure to SAP implementation or enhancement projects.
• Initial experience in team coordination or project delivery and strong motivation to grow into a leadership role.
• Strong communication skills and confidence in working with business stakeholders.
• Ability to build relationships and act as a trusted advisor.
• Fluent English.
• SAP certifications as a plus.

• Own and continuously improve SAP CO solutions, ensuring smooth system operations and supporting business needs through configuration and enhancements (no coding).
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, provide expert guidance, and deliver impactful solutions.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the ERP team, fostering a high-performance and collaborative environment.
• Coordinate team efforts and external partners to successfully deliver ERP initiatives.
• Contribute to and coordinate implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring alignment between IT, business, and external partners.
• Act as the face of the ERP team for the business, building trust, ensuring transparency, and supporting stakeholders in critical or high-pressure situations.
• Bridge IT and business, aligning priorities with organizational goals.
