Billing System Solution Development Expert (m/f/n)

InPost is an innovative technology company with an international reach and a leader in the logistics industry in Poland. The role involves working on the transformation of the entire InPost Group's billing system.

• 5 years of experience in business analysis, implementations, or support of IT system implementations (sales or billing area), including backlog management
• Participation in at least one data migration project in a business or analytical role
• 3 years of experience in customer billing and billing processes
• Knowledge of billing algorithms and financial data analysis (advanced Excel skills)
• Experience in creating requirements documentation (user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders, including negotiation, persuasion, and translating technical issues into business language
• High independence in making analytical and methodological decisions
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (fluent communication in an international environment)
• Communicative level of French

• Conduct comprehensive business analysis in billing, rating, and mediation
• Design and document requirements for the new billing system being implemented as part of the InPost Group transformation
• Coordinate data migration on the business side, including data quality analysis in legacy systems, discrepancy detection, and preparation of migration proposals with justifications and alternatives
• Supervise parallel processing (parallel run) by verifying consistency of settlements between legacy and new systems
• Responsible for UAT testing and functional acceptance, including test case analysis, creating additional scenarios, and preparing test reports
• Collaborate closely with Technology and the supplier, negotiating solution designs daily, preparing Change Requests for further system development according to business needs, reporting and escalating errors
• Manage the requirements backlog in cooperation with the Business Product Owner, prioritizing and ensuring alignment with business vision
• Support sales and finance teams in interpreting system functionalities
• Participate in hypercare post go-live, providing substantive support to system users in the first weeks after implementation
