Senior IT System Analyst (IAM)​ | f/m/d

• Fluent English
• At least 5 years of experience in software development domain as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or similar role
• Experience in IAM Systems, preferably One Identity
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and proven experience in end-to-end software project delivery
• Ability to discuss and propose solutions to technical aspects of software delivery
• Experience in preparing estimations with the Development Team
• Knowledge or working experience of Scrum methodology
• Experience in exploring and managing requirements in large corporate projects
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving approach able to deal with ambiguity
• Proactive and comfortable dealing with senior decision makers
• Team player valuing positive culture and able to collaborate professionally with team members and stakeholders
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Practical experience with team collaboration tools (Azure DevOps, Confluence)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of the German language
• ITIL certification or willingness to pursue one

• Supporting the Project Manager in delivering the project plan on time and on budget, following project methodologies
• Effectively communicating plan, status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a precise and timely manner
• Assisting with business testing preparation and execution on project deliverables to ensure solutions meet business expectations based on approved project scope
• Identifying dependencies and blockers impacting planned scope
• Translating business requirements into detailed functional specifications
• Working on estimations together with the whole Development Team
• Eliciting and validating requirements for Product and translating them into relevant Product Backlog items and tasks
• Ensuring requirements issues are tracked, reported, and resolved promptly
• Providing traceability of requirements and subsequent change requests, tracking delivery by the project team
• Monitoring completeness and quality of business requirements
• Creating detailed outcomes of business analysis processes, outlining problems and opportunities for Business stakeholders
• Creating appropriate product documentation required for maintenance and support
• Working closely with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyze, and define current business processes and requirements
• Constantly seeking improvements and excellence
