Finance and Accounting Manager (R2R)

• At least 6 years of experience in accounting within an international environment.
• Strong expertise in Record-to-Report processes and financial reporting.
• Proven experience managing a team of approximately 8 or more people.
• Solid knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP) and regulations.
• Hands-on experience with systems such as SAP, Excel, and Power BI.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on performance and development.
• Experience in change management and process optimization.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

• Lead end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, including closing activities and reporting cycles.
• Oversee intercompany accounting and ensure accuracy of balances.
• Support group consolidation and financial reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with controllers and stakeholders to ensure strong financial control.
• Drive operational reporting and provide insights to the business.
• Manage, develop, and motivate an accounting team.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members.
• Contribute to process improvements, system enhancements, and change initiatives.
