Wymagania

Obowiązki

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide accurate, timely solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient case resolution.
  • Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Identify recurring issues and contribute to process improvements and knowledge base updates.
