Wymagania
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of full sales cycle experience in technology industry with SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS products.
- Proven track record of selling cloud services and understanding consumption-based models.
- Consistent record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Experience using CRM systems and sales forecasting.
- In-depth understanding of technology and cloud computing market, with passion for AWS products.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: independent, curious, and tenacious.
- Ability to build influential relationships within a matrixed environment.
- Self-organized, goal-oriented, confident, thorough, and tenacious.
- Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented with ability to focus on big picture and details.
- Ability to operate flexibly and independently in a fast-paced, evolving team environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and at least one CEE language (e.g., Czech, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Greek).
Bonus Points:
- Regional network and relationships with Startups, VC, and Technology communities.
- Proven experience selling AWS cloud products/services.
- Cloud Certifications.
Obowiązki
- Own the full sales cycle, consistently hitting and exceeding quota and pipeline targets.
- Develop and execute a regional strategy to identify high-growth opportunities and untapped markets.
- Cultivate deep relationships with AWS Sales Leaders and Partner Managers to co-sell and maximize market share.
- Partner with Forward Deployed Engineers and Solutions Architects to solve technical hurdles for prospects.
- Maintain forecast accuracy in Salesforce and ensure proposals reflect DoiT’s brand.
- Guide customers from initial interest to contract execution, ensuring a world-class onboarding experience.
- Collaborate with Marketing and BDR teams to fuel demand generation from campaign conception to post-launch analysis.
- Travel 30-50% to engage with AWS teams, attend industry events, and meet customers face-to-face.
