Founded in 2002, the studio is known for titles such as Painkiller, Bulletstorm, Gears of War: Judgment, and Outriders. Current projects include Gears of War: E-Day (in collaboration with Microsoft), Project Echo for KRAFTON, and Lost Rift, an original IP under self-publishing. The studio has over 20 years of experience and focuses on creating next-generation action games.


Wymagania

  • 5+ years in AAA console/PC game development including 3+ years in Unreal Engine.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing playable levels with created geometry.
  • Experience and knowledge of industry-standard 3D modeling software (Maya, Max, ZBrush, Photoshop, or equivalents).
  • Ability to artistically interpret concepts or creatively push beyond initial ideation.
  • Solid understanding of traditional art skills and foundational design competencies (shape, form, texture, value, color).
  • Experience working with Unreal Engine or equivalent.
  • Ability to use PBR shaders and normal maps.
  • Adaptive and willing to learn new styles, techniques, and workflows.
  • Ability to receive and implement feedback.
  • Ability to collaborate with department leads and different departments to solve artistic and technical challenges.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Self-motivation.

Nice to have:

  • Traditional art skills along with core graphic design competencies (typography, color, light).
  • Experience working with Unreal 4/5.
  • Environment modeling skills.
  • Level Design experience.

Obowiązki

  • Effectively produce playable levels based on Art director's vision and Level design needs with lead cooperation.
  • Create world geometry and composition for levels in Unreal Engine.
  • Redesign existing assets to new forms.
  • Block out modules and levels, create first/proxy materials.
  • Produce work within specifications and maintain workflow pipelines within given deadlines.
  • Model proxy assets.
  • Participate in reviews, adapt to, and implement feedback from leads and peers professionally.
  • Participate in R&D initiatives to explore new techniques and implement improvements to pipelines and workflows.
