• Tool Selection: Own decision-making for AI stack tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, and Gemini, ensuring global adoption.
• Cost & ROI Modeling: Monitor token and license costs and collaborate with finance to integrate these into business and client billing.
• Upskilling Leadership: Manage AI Bootcamp tracks for technical and non-technical staff.
• Engineering Pivot: Transition engineering culture to AI-native workflows across Engineering, QA, Product Design, Cloud, and Data.
• Competency Verification: Revise recruitment and evaluation to mandate AI skills for all roles.
• Value Proposition: Quantify and communicate productivity gains from AI to clients.
• Business Model Innovation: Lead shift from traditional billing to models like "AI Pods" or output-based settlements.
• Sales Support: Provide high-level consulting to persuade clients of AI-driven competitive advantages.
