• Handle requests in Service Now within agreed SLA.
• Respond promptly to cryptography-related queries and priority tasks.
• Escalate and clarify non-standard queries when needed.
• Identify process gaps and escalate accordingly.
• Work on continuous improvements in data quality.
• Detect and report cryptography-related issues.
