Transformation Tooling Lead

Scalo is a company involved in technological transformations and operational changes, working with large organizations in sectors such as retail, FMCG, logistics, and purchasing. The role involves working with SaaS solutions supporting purchasing, logistics, CRM, and master data processes.

• Practical experience in implementing tools and systems in retail, FMCG, logistics, or purchasing
• Experience working with SaaS solutions supporting purchasing, logistics, CRM, or master data processes
• Ability to quickly assess tool fit to business needs and recommend pragmatic solutions
• Participation in system integrations with ERP (SAP or similar)
• Comfortable working in large organizations undergoing transformation and operational changes
• Ability to effectively collaborate with business, IT, and technology vendors
• Experience leading implementations from needs analysis to operational launch
• Preference for "buy > build" approach and minimizing customizations
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and deliver results
• Focus on implementing changes and enforcing results, not only recommendations
• Good organization skills in complex environments with multiple stakeholders

• Inventory and assessment of existing tools and systems operating within the organization
• Market analysis and recommending solutions supporting operational transformation
• Defining business and technological requirements jointly with business and transformation teams
• Leading the vendor selection process and negotiation of implementation contracts
• Managing tool implementation including configuration, integrations, and data migration
• Supervising cooperation with vendors and enforcing delivery of agreed deliverables
• Minimizing customizations and controlling the scope of changes in technological solutions
• Supporting the organization in adapting processes to the standards of implemented tools
• Ensuring effective transition of tools to daily operational use by the business
• Close cooperation with purchasing, logistics, CRM, master data, and retail operations areas
• Identifying implementation risks and proposing pragmatic solutions focused on quick business impact
• Hybrid work with 3 days per week in the Warsaw office
