Product Analyst

Allegro is launching a high-impact initiative focused on redefining how technology supports courier operations. The role involves deep-diving into complex logistical data to uncover patterns and pain points that will shape the future product landscape. The team is based in Warsaw and works in a hybrid model (4/1).

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Product Analyst role or similar capacity.
• Proficiency in SQL and foundational understanding of Python.
• Strong statistical knowledge to conduct A/B tests.
• Strong product mindset.
• Ability to independently formulate hypotheses, design, and conduct analyses.
• Exceptional collaboration skills with clear and effective communication with various stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a large data community, sharing knowledge with Data Engineers, Analysts, and Scientists while focusing on product goals.
• Prior experience or interest in logistics, supply chain, or courier operations is a plus.
• English language proficiency at a minimum B2 level.

• Explore courier operations by analyzing real-world operational data to improve the daily lives of field teams.
• Drive product discovery by identifying patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities in logistics data to define the product roadmap.
• Partner with product management as a strategic consultant, providing data-backed evidence to validate or pivot hypotheses during early project stages.
• Translate data into actionable insights and clear recommendations beyond reporting.
• Define success metrics, North Star metrics, and KPIs for new initiatives to measure impact transitioning into the build phase.
• Collaborate closely with the wider data community (Engineers and Scientists) to ensure discovery findings are based on reliable data and scalable.
