Product Manager - Allegro Finance

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our Allegro Finance team. In this role, you will spearhead the vision and execution of modern payment solutions that directly impact our FinTech strategy. You will own the product roadmap for innovative financial services, ensuring our millions of users enjoy a secure, fast, and seamless payment experience. Your work will be pivotal in driving business independence and optimizing transaction processes across our platform.

• Experience as a Product Manager or similar role in technology.
• Passion for technology and understanding of complex technical integrations.
• Ability to balance legal and security requirements (e.g., SCA, PSD2) with the need to provide a "frictionless" payment experience.
• Skilled in stakeholder management and communication across different teams.
• Experience in designing and implementing changes based on data analysis and success metrics.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technology and vice versa.
• English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.
• Polish language proficiency at minimum C1 level.
• Experience or knowledge in the FinTech, Payments, or Finance field is a strong plus.

• Manage the full product lifecycle, from requirements definition through to implementation and optimization.
• Design and oversee service activation and payment flows, focusing heavily on UX within the Allegro app.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and reconcile users' needs and translate them into new functionalities.
• Coordinate the expansion of internal authentication mechanisms within payment processes.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with teams of engineers.
• Monitor product success metrics to make data-driven decisions that improve service efficiency and user adoption.
