Wymagania
- At least 5 years of experience in product management or strategic consulting, preferably in e-commerce.
- Strong business acumen and advanced analytical skills, able to work independently with large data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience building complex business cases that influenced strategic investment decisions.
- Ability to take full ownership, combining strategic thinking with operational focus and delivering measurable results.
- Clear and persuasive communication of complex analytical concepts across organizational levels.
- Skilled in structured communication based on data.
- Knowledge of value proposition design, mapping user journeys, and designing solutions that address user problems.
- Understanding of the impact of product features on commercial outcomes and bridging technical product development with market needs.
- Experience working with product and technical teams and close collaboration with analytical teams.
- Proficient in English (minimum B2 level).
Obowiązki
- Own the medium- and long-term business strategy for Promoted Offers.
- Define, qualify, implement, and monitor initiatives to improve the efficiency of Promoted Offers in terms of financial results and value for Allegro partners.
- Design comprehensive analytical frameworks and decompose main business goals into measurable operational indicators.
- Translate complex data sets into concrete recommendations.
- Understand barriers for Allegro partners through qualitative and quantitative research.
- Collaborate with technical and analytical teams to improve recommendation algorithms.
- Identify touchpoints of Promoted Offers with other Allegro products to build unique value and increase incremental revenues.
- Design and implement initiatives supporting acquisition, engagement growth, and retention of Promoted Offers users.
- Partner with Tech/Product/Data teams by providing business cases, market research results, and prioritization based on potential business impact.
- Ensure every new feature in Promoted Offers has a clear value message and is effectively presented to the market.
