AI Project Manager/-ka

The AI & Automation Unit at T-Mobile Polska is seeking an experienced AI Project Manager to lead and coordinate AI-driven initiatives locally and as part of Deutsche Telekom Group programs. The role involves strategic project leadership, cross-functional coordination, and operational execution in a fast-evolving AI and automation environment, working at the intersection of business, technology, and corporate governance.

• 3+ years of experience in project or program management, preferably in AI, data, digital transformation, or technology environments
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in enterprise
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to operate effectively in matrix and international environments
• Good understanding of AI/ML, automation, and data-driven products
• Experience working with Agile delivery methodologies
• Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with AI governance, GenAI solutions, or MLOps concepts

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI projects across multiple business domains
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Collaborate with local business units, IT, legal, security, and Group stakeholders
• Align with enterprise architecture, governance, compliance, and AI standards
• Translate business needs into structured project plans and execution roadmaps
• Support prioritization and scaling of AI use cases from pilot to production
• Drive effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Monitor project KPIs, delivery quality, and business impact
