Financial Data Analyst

For one of our clients, SSC of a global manufacturing leader based in the center of Poznan.

• Background in Finance or Accounting, preferably within a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment
• Experience in data analysis and presenting insights in a clear and structured manner
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including working with large datasets
• Practical experience with SAP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• English at minimum B2 level (written and spoken)

• Analyze and document the Tax team’s data requirements, including identifying interdependencies between processes and stakeholders
• Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of data used in tax processes
• Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements in response to changing tax regulations and business requirements
• Contribute to the development and implementation of the overall data management strategy for the Tax department
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, IT) to ensure efficient data flow and alignment
• Support the automation and optimization of tax reporting processes
• Prepare analyses and reports to support business decision-making
• Ensure compliance of data and processes with applicable tax regulations
