Airbus is launching a Commercial Aircraft Engineering Centre in Poland to leverage local talent and technological ecosystem in Propulsion systems, supporting broader Engineering workload and competitiveness, and reinforcing Airbus’ strategic engagement with Poland.
Wymagania
- Master's degree in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Typically 7+ years experience in stress analysis of aircraft structures
- In-depth knowledge of metallic and composite material behavior and associated stress analysis
- Familiarity with airworthiness regulations (EASA, FAA) and certification processes
- Strong understanding of aircraft design, manufacturing processes, and structural testing
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international teams
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of tools such as Nastran, Hypermesh, ISAMI, Abaqus is a significant advantage

Obowiązki
Structure stress static or Fatigue and damage tolerances analysis and validation:
- Contribute to certification activities & design modifications (calculations, Stress Dossiers, SSR, drawings signature, etc.)
- Sign concessions in support of production
- Participate on airworthiness subjects through OCC and present subjects to certification authorities if necessary
- Support continuous product improvement
- Develop expertise on pylon & engine mounts, serial and R&T activities
- Provide operational support on-demand focusing on hot topics and crisis situations
- Be an integral part of the stress community and link with seniors and principals
- Actively contribute to the transformation platform
- Be part of the technical community covering FEM and vibrations
- Be accountable for capitalization of knowledge
- Ensure adherence and contribute to continuous improvement of processes and capabilities
- Develop signature rights
Stress “buy” Components integration:
- Define and execute stress analysis strategies for nacelle components ensuring compliance with airworthiness regulations and internal standards
- Oversee preparation, review, and approval of stress reports, justifications, and technical documentation
- Coordinate with integration team and other engineering disciplines to integrate stress analysis results into product development lifecycle
- Represent stress team in technical reviews, design gates, and certification meetings
- Identify and mitigate potential structural risks, proposing innovative solutions and improvements
- Manage workload, resources, and schedules for stress activities within WG1
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices
- Contribute to continuous improvement of stress analysis methodologies, tools, and processes
