Baby Care is redefining how data is connected across the Pampers ecosystem through the integrated data platform Mosaic, enabling real-time product serialization and end-to-end visibility. The role is part of the Pampers Global IT team focused on architecting and scaling solutions for the Baby Care ecosystem to become the most digitized and data-centric business in the CPG industry.
Wymagania
- Technical leadership experience demonstrating the ability to envision and drive change
- Proven ability to communicate tech value and engage/manage stakeholders
- Experience in Python/PySpark and SQL/SparkSQL programming skills
- Experience in Big Data/ETL (Spark and Databricks preferred)
- Experience in implementing projects & solutions in cloud (Azure/GCP)
- Knowledge and/or experience with using or building CI/CD tools
- Knowledge of AAS, DAX and PowerBI front end
- Previous experience or understanding of Data Models
- Knowledge of Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies
- English proficiency and at least a Bachelor’s degree

- Design and build scalable architecture to support real-time product serialization and traceability
- Lead AI and Data Engineering teams through development of new breakthrough capabilities
- Integrate diverse data sources across manufacturing, supply chain, and consumer touchpoints
- Optimize data architecture for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Support analytics and machine learning initiatives by enabling clean, accessible datasets
- Contribute to the evolution of Baby Care's data strategy and technical roadmap
