Tech Lead (Pampers Data Platforms)

Baby Care is redefining how data is connected across the Pampers ecosystem through the integrated data platform Mosaic, enabling real-time product serialization and end-to-end visibility. The role is part of the Pampers Global IT team focused on architecting and scaling solutions for the Baby Care ecosystem to become the most digitized and data-centric business in the CPG industry.

• Technical leadership experience demonstrating the ability to envision and drive change
• Proven ability to communicate tech value and engage/manage stakeholders
• Experience in Python/PySpark and SQL/SparkSQL programming skills
• Experience in Big Data/ETL (Spark and Databricks preferred)
• Experience in implementing projects & solutions in cloud (Azure/GCP)
• Knowledge and/or experience with using or building CI/CD tools
• Knowledge of AAS, DAX and PowerBI front end
• Previous experience or understanding of Data Models
• Knowledge of Agile Scrum and DevOps methodologies
• English proficiency and at least a Bachelor’s degree

• Design and build scalable architecture to support real-time product serialization and traceability
• Lead AI and Data Engineering teams through development of new breakthrough capabilities
• Integrate diverse data sources across manufacturing, supply chain, and consumer touchpoints
• Optimize data architecture for performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Support analytics and machine learning initiatives by enabling clean, accessible datasets
• Contribute to the evolution of Baby Care's data strategy and technical roadmap
