Translate complex business rules into clear and understandable functional requirements
Apply advanced business analysis techniques such as functional decomposition, user stories, use cases, process modeling (BPMN), user story mapping, and visual thinking methods
Gather, document, and maintain both functional and non-functional requirements with strong attention to clarity and traceability
Break down epics into actionable stories and tasks, ensuring requirements are well-structured and easy to understand for development and QA teams
Support Product Owners in backlog refinement and prioritization activities
Collaborate with internal IT teams, business stakeholders, and external partners while facilitating effective workshops and meetings
Communicate confidently in English across international teams and stakeholders
Demonstrate a proactive, organized, and delivery-oriented mindset while working independently in a dynamic environment
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and Agile ways of working
