Slack Workspace Architect

Solance is an innovative start up establishing a cutting edge financial services company to transform the banking experience for businesses. They are building Solance from scratch with a launch planned for 2026, operating in the highly regulated European financial services environment.

• Proven track record setting up and configuring Slack workspaces end-to-end.
• Hands-on experience working with fintech, payments, banking, or other regulated financial services companies.
• Direct experience integrating at least one of PagerDuty, Monday.com, Sumo Logic, or AWS with Slack.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Consultative mindset with ability to ask sharp questions about use cases.

• Design and build a Slack channel structure aligned to functional teams with appropriate permissions, naming conventions, and access controls.
• Connect core tools such as PagerDuty, Monday.com, Sumo Logic, and AWS into Slack with configured alerting, notifications, and workflows.
• Set up basic automations and workflows to streamline recurring processes and reduce manual overhead.
• Add team members, configure permissions, and set up a repeatable onboarding flow.
• Deliver clear, maintainable documentation for internal team use after handover.

Role requires experience working in regulated financial services environments with attention to data governance, audit logging, and least-privilege access.
