Business Continuity Management Expert

• A Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 3 years of IT relevant professional experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience at a similar position.
• Extensive practical experience of Business Continuity Management.
• Excellent knowledge of Business Continuity Management frameworks, processes, strategy development, BIA, BCP, RTO, RPO, CBF.
• Advanced knowledge of risk management frameworks, assessments, analysis, mitigation, standards, methodologies, tools, guidelines, and best practices.
• Knowledge and experience in data consolidation and data analysis.
• Knowledge in business analyses, processes, and business process modelling using notations like UML, BPMN.
• Knowledge in applying project management methodologies and methods.
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and project lifecycle phases.
• Knowledge and experience with administrative tools such as MS Office.
• At least one mandatory certification (cannot be compensated by experience):
  • ITIL® 4 Foundation or equivalent certification or minimum 1 year of IT relevant experience in IT Service Management, IT operations, or support to critical IT services.
  • Business Continuity Management – Foundation or equivalent certification or minimum 2 years experience in a similar position.
  • Business Analysis certification at foundation/entry level (e.g., ECBA, UML Professional, BPM 2) or equivalent or minimum 1 year experience in business analysis/process analysis.
  • PRINCE2® Foundation or PM² certification or equivalent or minimum 1 year of IT relevant experience.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English (C1).

• Data Consolidation and Analysis.
• Consistency and Alignment Control.
• Quality Assurance and Document Standardization.
• Gap Analysis and Improvement Proposals.
• Support to BCMS Integration.
• Documentation drafting and Consolidation.
• Administration and Operational Support to the Task Force BCMS.
