We are looking for Product Managers responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of the IT product eLIMS – Clinical Diagnostic Europe, a key Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) supporting clinical diagnostics across Europe and globally. The role combines product ownership, strategic product management, and close collaboration with business and IT teams in a large-scale enterprise and regulated (healthcare / laboratory) environment.
Wymagania
Experience:
- Experience as Product Manager, Product Owner, or similar IT role
- Strong understanding of software/product lifecycle
- Experience in cross-functional teams (Business, IT, Vendors)
- Experience with Agile / Scrum / SAFe / hybrid methodologies
Nice to have:
- Experience in TIC / Healthcare / Life Sciences industries
- Experience with LIMS systems
- Experience in regulated environments (GxP, compliance)
Technical & tools:
- Understanding of IT systems, integrations, and data flows
- Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow or similar tools
- Awareness of security and compliance in enterprise IT
Analytical skills:
- Ability to prioritise backlog based on business value
- Data-driven decision making
- Strong ability to manage trade-offs (value / cost / feasibility)
Obowiązki
Product strategy & vision:
- Define and maintain product vision, objectives, and value proposition
- Translate business strategy into a clear product roadmap
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance requirements
- Define and track product KPIs (value, adoption, cost, satisfaction)
Stakeholder & business alignment:
- Act as the single point of contact for the product
- Collect, analyse, and prioritise business needs and user feedback
- Facilitate decision-making between business, IT, and vendors
- Communicate roadmap, priorities, and trade-offs transparently
Backlog & requirements management:
- Own and manage the end-to-end product backlog
- Define and prioritise epics, features, and requirements
- Ensure requirements are clear, testable, and well understood
- Balance functional, technical, and regulatory requirements
- Identify and define business value of initiatives
Delivery & execution:
- Collaborate with IT teams and vendors on delivery
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and demos
- Validate delivered solutions against business expectations
- Ensure alignment of outcomes with user needs
Lifecycle & continuous improvement:
- Manage product across full lifecycle (idea → delivery → run → retirement)
- Collaborate with support and operations teams
- Identify improvements based on data, incidents, and feedback
- Optimise value, cost, and user experience
Financial & vendor management:
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Contribute to business cases and cost/benefit analysis
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
Reporting & communication:
- Provide regular product status and KPI reporting
- Build dashboards (value, adoption, delivery, risks)
- Participate in product reviews and steering meetings
