Senior D365 Business Central Solution Developer

Link Group is seeking a Senior D365 Business Central Solution Developer to lead organizations through digital evolution by providing strategic business advisory and deploying Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC environments. The role involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of enterprise management systems to ensure high-quality implementation and drive transformation for partners.

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience deploying D365 BC.
• Deep understanding of business workflows and ability to translate system features into operational value.
• Proficiency in data migration strategies, project estimation, planning, and cost management.
• Excellent client-facing skills.
• Fluency in English (B2+ or higher).

Nice to have:

• Ability to code or understand AL programming.
• Proficiency in German or other European languages.
• University degree in a relevant field.

• Lead the deployment of D365 BC within Finance, Manufacturing, or Logistics streams.
• Translate functional system features into operational value by understanding business workflows.
• Manage complex data migration strategies.
• Handle project estimation, planning, and cost management.
• Provide strategic consulting and advise clients on system enhancements and customized solutions.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of enterprise management systems implementation.
