Senior MS DYNAMICS 365 CRM Architect

Link Group is seeking a Senior Architect to lead the technical and functional evolution of their Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement ecosystem, working at the intersection of high-level business strategy and advanced R&D.

• Over 6 years of hands-on experience in the D365 CE/CRM landscape as a Solution Architect or high-level Technical Consultant with a strong development background.
• Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to stakeholders and translate business needs into scalable system enhancements.
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, focusing on efficiency, system scalability, and R&D-driven growth.
• Full professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

• Creating end-to-end architecture blueprints for complex CRM environments, focusing on Sales, Marketing, and custom modules.
• Architecting robust API integrations for Dataverse and ensuring seamless performance across Mobile D365 solutions.
• Leveraging the full suite of Power Apps (Portal, Canvas, and Model-driven) to build tailored business tools.
• Partnering with Research & Development teams to experiment with new system features, conduct Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and set new industry best practices.
• Managing project lifecycles from initial workshops and budget estimation to documentation and post-implementation quality reviews.
