Senior Sinequa Developer (Search & GenAI)

We are looking for experienced Sinequa developers to join a strategic enterprise search initiative. The ideal candidate should be a “native” Sinequa expert, capable of driving advanced search capabilities and integrating cutting-edge AI features.

• Very good command of English, both spoken and written

• Deep, hands‑on expertise with the Sinequa platform, including architecture, indexing, and configuration
• Proven experience in search relevance optimization, including tuning ranking algorithms and improving performance for complex and large datasets
• Knowledge of Generative AI concepts and Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks to support modern, AI‑driven search use cases
• Ability to apply a consultative approach, working closely with both IT and Business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technical solutions
• Strong technical autonomy and capability to drive and lead advanced search solutions
• Proactive mindset with the ability to contribute to the development of next‑generation enterprise search experiences
