Cybersecurity Specialist [M/F]

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT Security or a related technical field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in cybersecurity or at least 4 years of experience in IT roles with exposure to security-related responsibilities.
• Practical knowledge of cybersecurity operations and network security concepts.
• Experience with Zero Trust Network Access solutions will be considered a strong advantage.
• Basic scripting or automation skills (PowerShell, Python) are welcome.
• Familiarity with Operational Technology (OT), Industrial Control Systems (ICS), Azure or Microsoft 365 environments will be an additional asset.
• Ability to work independently in a small, cross-functional and international team environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving approach and attention to detail.
• Very good communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Customer-oriented mindset combined with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

• Lead and coordinate the migration of the company’s Zero Trust Remote Access solution from the current provider to a new platform.
• Act as the main technical point of contact between internal teams and external vendors throughout the migration process.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including procedures, runbooks and operational guides related to the migration project.
• Support daily cybersecurity operations related to security tools such as web proxies, endpoint detection & response (EDR) solutions and Zero Trust Network Access platforms.
• Define security policies, manage exceptions and troubleshoot issues connected with cybersecurity tools and infrastructure.
• Participate in improving cybersecurity operational processes, controls and best practices across the organization.
• Create and maintain documentation dedicated to cybersecurity operations and support processes.
• Perform initial incident response activities for alerts escalated by the Security Operations Center.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid model with two days per week from the office.
• Willingness to join a project scheduled until the end of the year.

The project is planned until the end of the year. There is a possibility of extension in the future; however, at this stage, we are considering cooperation until year-end only.
