Solution Integration Specialist (Service Cloud)

We are seeking an experienced Solution Integration Specialist with a focus on SAP Service Cloud to support a large-scale customer in the furniture industry. This role combines integration expertise with a consulting mindset, focusing on connecting Service Cloud with other SAP CX products and external systems.

• 3+ years of experience in system integration or SAP CX environment.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Experience with middleware tools (e.g., SAP CPI is a plus).
• Understanding of customer service processes and CX landscapes.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SAP CDP or CDC.

• Design and implement integrations between SAP Service Cloud and external systems using APIs and middleware.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical integration solutions.
• Work with SAP CX products such as CDP, CDC, and related tools to ensure end-to-end data consistency.
• Support configuration and optimization of Service Cloud solutions in a customer service environment.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of integration solutions.
• Participate in full project lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, and post-go-live support.
• Document integration flows, architectures, and technical decisions.
