Senior ITSM Data Engineer

• Hands-on experience with IT Service Management data integrations, preferably BMC Helix
• Practical experience in data warehousing, data storage, data security, ETL processes, and code version control (Technologies: SSIS, Snowflake)
• Strong professional experience with SQL (preferably T‑SQL), Python, and Apache Airflow
• Proven experience working with data platforms such as Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, and Dataverse
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, using tools such as Bamboo and/or Jenkins
• Lean‑Agile trained or certified, with practical experience in Scrum or SAFe frameworks
• At least 3+ years of proven experience in a similar role
• Master's degree in Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
• Fluent English, minimum C1 level

Nice to have:

• ITIL Foundation certified or proven work experience in IT Service Management

• Designing and building a stable, scalable, near real-time and reliable BMC Helix data replication solution
• Build, design and maintain data architecture ensuring complete collection and quality of data while adhering to best data practices
• Design, build, test and maintain data pipelines
• Troubleshooting and innovating
• Working within SAFe Scrum Team with the aligned autonomy
• Acting as a subject matter expert and make recommendations to IT and business stakeholders
• Development & Performance, Goals and Follow-up to plan your individual competence and skills development with your manager and feedback from colleagues and your stakeholders
