SAP Implementation Project Manager – healthcare industry (f/m/x)

Join the team of one of our clients in the healthcare sector and play a key role in the implementation of a new ERP system (SAP).

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in SAP implementation projects
• Strong knowledge of scope, schedule, and budget management in SAP programs
• Hands‑on experience working with external SAP implementation partners
• Ability to work effectively with business and IT stakeholders
• Good understanding of business processes supported by SAP
• Experience in project risk and dependency management
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong communication, organization, and decision‑making skills
• Fluent English and Polish, both spoken and written

Nice to have:

• Experience in the healthcare domain

• Lead the end‑to‑end SAP implementation project, acting as the project owner on the business and IT side
• Define and manage the scope of the SAP implementation, including modules, customizations, and business processes
• Create and execute the SAP project roadmap, covering testing phases, data migration, user training, and go‑live
• Manage the project budget, including SAP licenses and external implementation services
• Coordinate cooperation between the external SAP implementation partner, internal teams, and key business stakeholders
• Identify and manage project dependencies and implementation risks, ensuring timely mitigation actions
• Support the organization during the post‑go‑live phase
