Cybersecurity Project Manager – healthcare industry (f/m/x)

A client from the healthcare industry is looking for a Cybersecurity Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives aimed at strengthening IT infrastructure and enhancing protection against cyber threats through the delivery of complex security programs in a dynamic technological environment.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project or program management, preferably in cybersecurity or IT
• Proven experience delivering complex IT or security-related projects
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, frameworks, and risk management
• Experience in budget management and cost control
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English and Polish (spoken and written)
• Residing in Poland required

Nice to have:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, CISSP, CISM)

• Define the scope, objectives, and deliverables of cybersecurity projects (e.g., security system implementations, audits, awareness programs)
• Develop and manage the long-term cybersecurity roadmap, including priorities and key milestones
• Plan, monitor, and control project budgets, including cost analysis of implementation and maintenance of security solutions
• Coordinate and collaborate closely with IT teams (infrastructure, software development, support) to ensure alignment
• Identify and manage technical and process dependencies across IT systems and infrastructure components
• Assess technology risks and vulnerabilities, and plan preventive actions and incident response measures
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment across the organization
• Drive security standards, policies, and best practices across projects and programs
