M&A Project Manager – healthcare industry (f/m/x)

A client from the healthcare industry is looking for an M&A Integration Project Manager to support the integration of newly acquired entities through process alignment, organizational change, and systems harmonization on an international scale.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in M&A, integration, or transformation projects
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Strong understanding of business processes, organizational change, and integration dynamics
• Experience in budget management and cost control
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English and Polish, both spoken and written
• Residing in Poland required

Nice to have:

• Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred

• Define the objectives, deliverables, and boundaries of integration projects for each acquired entity
• Develop and oversee the end-to-end integration roadmap
• Plan, monitor, and optimize the integration budget, including cost tracking and financial reporting
• Coordinate and orchestrate work across a cross-functional team
• Identify and manage critical dependencies between workstreams (e.g., system migrations, policy alignment)
• Proactively identify integration risks (operational, financial, cultural) and implement mitigation plans
• Ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment across all levels of the organization
• Drive process harmonization and synergy realization across integrated entities
