People Operations at Google aims to revolutionize human resources by finding, growing, and retaining talent. The Head of HR sets the country-specific HR strategy, drives the people agenda to empower local business priorities, manages union partnerships, ensures regulatory compliance, and leads a high-performing in-country HR team.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 15 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
• 5 years of experience managing an HR team.
• Experience coaching and mentoring others.
• Experience with cross-functional collaboration and influence.
• Ability to communicate fluently in Polish to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills with an understanding of how to communicate change and demonstrated problem-solving skills.

• Work with partners across multiple organizations within highest complexity portfolios to share insights to leadership teams.
• Serve as the Country HR leader driving the people agenda and enabling and empowering business priorities within your market.
• Lead partnerships with employee representatives and unions.
• Lead a unified in-country HR team to enable and deliver a seamless, user-centric employee experience.
• Grow and develop a high performing team.
• Cultivate a vibrant Google culture and a highly motivated community across the market.
