Physics & Python Expert - Freelance AI Trainer

• Degree in Physics (Theoretical, Experimental, or Computational) or related field.
• 2+ years of research, applied, or teaching experience.
• Proficiency in Python for writing reference solutions.
• Fluency with or willingness to learn at least one scriptable physics package such as FEniCS / DOLFINx, OpenFOAM, Meep, MPB, openEMS, Geant4, PYTHIA8, ROOT / PyROOT, WarpX, REBOUND, MESA, CAMB, CLASS, or bilby.
• Ability to design problems requiring specialized simulation tools.
• Strong written English (C1+).
• No prior experience with listed tools required if willing to learn independently.

• Design computational physics problems to challenge a frontier AI model using specialized tools like FEniCS, OpenFOAM, Meep, REBOUND, CAMB, or others.
• Write Python reference solutions, supply input files, and define domain or initial conditions.
• Decide numerical answers and tolerance levels for model correctness.
• Test problems against the model in batches, tuning difficulty to achieve a 10–30% pass rate.
• Collaborate with senior reviewers for task quality feedback.
• Calibrate problems by rewriting configurations and parameters based on agent performance.
