• Higher technical education (construction, electrical, electronics, telecommunications, sanitary).
• Experience in implementation and maintenance of Data Center facilities.
• Experience in construction and maintenance of precision air conditioning systems with cooling capacity of at least 1MW.
• Experience in maintenance of DC electrical power systems with power of at least 1MW.
• Participation in energy audits or efficiency modernization (PUE) or cost optimization in DC-class facilities is an additional advantage.
• Knowledge of construction law, regulations, technical conditions, and procedures related to construction investments.
• English language proficiency at B2/C1 level (fluent technical communication in an international environment).

• Preparation of requirements and participation in the selection process of the Main Contractor for Data Center (DC).
• Support for the Project Manager in the design and formal process.
• Selection of technical solutions meeting key functional parameters in HVAC, electrical, telecommunications, and passive computer network infrastructure areas designed for DC.
• Support in defining functional requirements for the designed DC.
• Participation in the supplier selection process.
• Technical supervision during construction and installation.
• Participation in acceptance of works and installations.
• Preparation of the facility for use and operation.
