Wymagania
- Commercial experience as a C# /.NET Developer (minimum mid-level).
- Experience or willingness to work with AI tools for code conversion (e.g., Delphi to .NET).
- Highly developed communication skills and openness to discussions and frequent client interactions.
- English language proficiency at minimum B2/C1 level.
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of Delphi.
- Experience in international projects.
- Knowledge of AI tools supporting the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
Obowiązki
- Participation in modernizing a legacy system by converting code from Delphi to .NET using AI tools.
- Implementation of new functionalities and development of existing .NET components.
- Analysis of Delphi code and its mapping to .NET architecture.
- Collaboration with the client team, including participation in technical and planning meetings.
- Ensuring code quality, readability, and stability during migration.
