• Proven experience administering SharePoint Server (on-premises) and SharePoint Online.
• Strong technical knowledge of IIS, Windows Server, and MS SQL Server administration.
• Experience in patching, performance optimization, and disaster recovery planning for SharePoint.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as SCOM and reporting software.
• Understanding of infrastructure services including AD, ADFS, and Load Balancing.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex incidents within 2nd line support.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with developers and infrastructure specialists.
• Strong focus on creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• English language proficiency at least B2+ level.

• Manage and develop complex SharePoint farms across production, testing, and development environments within intranet and extranet networks.
• Oversee administration of SharePoint Online services for cloud collaboration.
• Execute maintenance tasks including patch management, system tuning, and capacity planning.
• Provide 2nd line support by analyzing and resolving technical incidents and service requests.
• Maintain infrastructure including IIS-based applications, SharePoint databases, and backup procedures.
• Implement and use monitoring and reporting tools like SCOM and web analytics.
• Collaborate with teams to integrate SharePoint with Active Directory, IAM, MS SQL, and load-balancing solutions.
• Work with development teams to align configurations and support new deployments.
• Maintain system documentation, technical specifications, and operational procedures.
