AI Solutions Engineer

Join AI automation team of a leading global insurance group, providing property, casualty, and life insurance solutions. You’ll work directly with VP of engineering and develop complex automation systems.

• Strong experience in Python
• Experience building LLM/agent applications using LangGraph or LangChain
• Hands-on with AWS Bedrock (models, Agents, tool/function calling)
• Experience with SageMaker, Bedrock Knowledge Bases
• Understanding of LLM limitations (hallucination, context, cost/latency tradeoffs)
• Experience designing end-to-end AI systems (agent workflows, scalable services), at least one real project building agents and deploying to production with proven business outcome of the automation
• Experience creating custom tools/functions for agents
• Familiarity with evaluation, testing, and monitoring of LLM systems

Nice to have:

• Hands on experience with UiPath platform, both classic RPA and Agentic automation
• Experience with RAG pipelines (chunking, embeddings, retrieval tuning)
• Ability to integrate agents with APIs, databases, and external systems

• Designing and implementing AI agents for the insurance domain using technologies such as Python, LangChain, LangGraph, and AWS Bedrock
• Developing decision-making workflows and integration with APIs, databases, and external systems
• Building and optimizing RAG pipelines with vector search (e.g., OpenSearch) and services like AWS SageMaker, S3, and Lambda to deliver scalable and efficient solutions
