Junior IT Support Specialist

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 / 11 (verified during recruitment)
• Basic knowledge of LAN network operation
• No contraindications to physical work
• English language proficiency at minimum B1 level (verified during recruitment)
• Communication skills

• Independence
• Category B driving license

• Support employees in solving software and IT hardware problems
• Handle internal employee requests as first-line support
• Support the IT department in administrative and implementation tasks
• Prepare and update documentation
• Prepare and modernize workstations
• Receive hardware deliveries and perform IT inventory
