Senior Power BI Engineer

The client is a leading health and fitness software provider supporting over 7,000 clubs across the U.S., Puerto Rico, Canada, and Mexico, delivering gym management and payment solutions since 1981.

• 5+ years of experience with Power BI Embedded
• Knowledge of different Power BI capacities
• Understanding of upper size limits for Power BI datasets and best practices to reduce dataset size
• Proficiency in Power BI performance with large volumes of data
• Background in Power BI Incremental refresh
• Ability to manage different versions of datasets and reports and promote those through different tiers
• Practice in Power BI API for managing reports and datasets using Powershell
• Skills in building models and reports
• English level: Upper-Intermediate

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain Power BI report solutions
• Create new Power BI dashboards
• Create dashboards for mobile view
• Write and execute queries upon request for data
• Test products for accuracy prior to deployment
• Continuously improve performance and reliability of reports
• Recommend additional options for reporting and analytics
