Wymagania
- Minimum 8 years of IT relevant professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar position
- Bachelor’s degree
- English level: B2 confirmed by a certificate or willingness to take the exam
- Excellent practical knowledge of SharePoint technologies, including administration, optimization, capacity planning, patch management, and troubleshooting of complex distributed SharePoint farms
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint-related technologies, IIS-based solutions, SharePoint Hybrid/O365 integrations, ShareGate Migration Tool, Netcompany GetOrganized ECM, and deployment of .sppkg packages to the App Catalog
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem: SharePoint Online, OneDrive, MS Teams, Azure AD, Azure Logic Apps, Exchange, and basic administration of other Microsoft systems
- Experience with OIDC/SAML 2.0 authentication, SSL certificate management, metadata exchange between SP and IdP, and Active Directory tiering model
- Experience working in restricted environments and with ITIL-based ticketing, change, configuration, and release management processes
- Expertise in analysing and troubleshooting large-scale distributed systems, with ability to adapt to fast-changing technologies
- Proactive, self-motivated team player with strong user orientation and excellent verbal/written communication skills across technical and business audiences
- Certifications: Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert, Azure Administrator Associate, Advanced Solutions of Microsoft SharePoint 2013, or equivalent certification
Obowiązki
- Administration of SharePoint farms and SharePoint Online and other related services
- Maintenance of SharePoint servers
- Acting as 2nd line of support, processing related tickets for SharePoint farms in different environments (production, testing, development)
- Troubleshooting reported incidents and problems and updating status of open requests in the ticketing system in a timely manner
- Architecting long term changes to the SharePoint platforms
- Liaising with other administrators and harmonizing solutions and processes
- Contribution to specifications for solutions based on SharePoint platform from systems point of view
- Liaising with developer teams in aligning topologies and configuration of SharePoint platforms according to the need of the project
- Running deployments of solutions delivered by developers
- Maintenance of system documentation
- Participate in the development of documentation for new solutions
- Reporting on activities
- Other specific duties as assigned by supervisor
