The Astro Console Team in Kraków builds mission-critical dispatch and content-logging solutions used by dispatchers, 911 operators, police, fire departments, and military personnel worldwide. The platform integrates real-time secure voice, instant recording, and intelligent text communication to ensure emergency services operate at peak efficiency. The team consists of a global, cross-functional group of 100 experts including engineers, testers, and product owners dedicated to delivering "zero-failure" software.

• MSc or BSc degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related technical engineering discipline.
• Proven experience and knowledge of the software development process and Agile/Scrum practices.
• Excellent English language skills for efficient global communication.
• Ability to identify roadblocks and drive them promptly to resolution.
• Demonstrated eagerness to explore, test, and integrate AI and automation capabilities into routine tasks.
• Ability to provide fair recognition and advocate for appropriate rewards, promotions, and compensation for team members, ensuring process transparency.
• Prior experience as Developer, Architect, or other technical role.

• Lead and develop teams of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, support, and high performance.
• Coach and mentor team members with their career development.
• Develop and enforce best practices in engineering processes to enhance overall operational performance.
• Oversee the delivery of high-priority, complex technical initiatives.
• Provide updates to the leadership team on team progress, risks, and issues.
