Customer Journey Data Analyst IT

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis and visualization
• Hands-on experience with dashboarding tools and data visualization (e.g., GCP Looker Studio)
• Knowledge of SQL and experience with data query optimization
• Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, Splunk
• Automation-focused mindset, ideally with Python scripting proficiency
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills, able to articulate technical data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and modern project frameworks

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of emerging technologies and industry data trends
• Background in customer journey analytics or IT service performance measurement

• Identify, gather, and integrate data from multiple sources, including IT systems, service desks, monitoring tools, and customer experience platforms
• Define and maintain key performance metrics to track IT service journeys
• Analyze user behavior across IT products and services to detect trends, pain points, and opportunities for optimization
• Create insightful recommendations for operational and strategic improvements
• Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations that present data in an accessible and compelling way
• Support data-driven decision-making for service improvement initiatives
• Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and automation of processes for consistency and high quality
