The team has around 120 employees worldwide and collaborates with other IQVIA departments in areas such as graph technology, deidentification, and predictive analytics.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Substantial experience in quality assurance and testing.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in UI and API test automation tools such as Cypress, Cucumber, Postman, Pytest.
• Experience in automated and manual testing in Azure environments, especially for AI/ML applications.
• Good understanding of AI concepts and technologies like LangSmith, LangGraph, OpenAI.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Good knowledge of Jira, Xray, GitLab CI, Jenkins.
• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in leading or mentoring a team of testers.
• Software testing certification (e.g., ISTQB) is a plus.

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure software product quality.
• Identify, document, and track software defects.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure thorough testing.
• Conduct various testing types: functional, regression, API, integration, security, performance, contract testing.
• Develop and execute test plans for AI/ML applications.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks for UI, API, and AI/ML solutions.
• Participate in benchmark testing to ensure high data quality.
• Mentor junior testers and provide guidance on best practices and testing methodologies.
• Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
• Prepare and present test reports and metrics to stakeholders.
