Engineering Manager, Portfolio Services

• Extensive software engineering experience
• Experience leading software engineering teams, preferably in a platform engineering context
• Experience or interest in financial technology
• Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional partners
• Commitment to developing people and coaching engineers
• Experience managing software projects throughout the SDLC, improving agile processes, estimation, and project planning

• Contribute to shaping the program of product features, technical debt reduction, and scalability improvements
• Coach and mentor a team of software engineers
• Deliver solutions for clients, drive software delivery, and improve engineering processes
• Collaborate with partner teams across Addepar to deliver impactful results for both internal and external clients
