Wymagania

  • Proven experience running research end-to-end with high ownership.
  • Strong methodological toolkit and judgment to select appropriate methods and explain trade-offs.
  • Experience working across both B2C and B2B products and audiences.
  • Fluent English for moderating and presenting research.
  • Ability to work with analytics tools, read dashboards, spot anomalies, form hypotheses, and validate them via research; PostHog/Tableau is a plus.
  • Ability to collect input from multiple teams and turn it into testable research questions.
  • High research quality standards with structured methodology and ethical practice.
  • Ability to manage recruiting platforms and handle logistics independently.
  • Use AI tools to assist with operations and synthesis while maintaining human judgment and methodological rigor.
  • Understanding of core marketing terms and their impact on research and insights.
  • Ability to run a "research radar" to keep the team updated on internal learnings, market moves, and UX/product sources.
  • Exceptional empathy and care for people, approaching participants with respect, sensitivity, and high ethical standards.

Strong plus:

  • NN/g certifications.
  • Academic/scientific research background (graduate/PhD track).
  • Experience with PostHog, Tableau, or similar analytics tools.
  • Experience with Productboard or other insights repository tools.
  • Mentoring or teaching experience (workshops, onboarding, sharing research craft).

Obowiązki

  • Take a research initiative from the quarterly plan and run it end-to-end: intake brief, write methodology, conduct research, analyze, synthesize, present, and push actions.
  • Choose the appropriate research method based on uncertainty level, business goals, and timeline (e.g., interviews, usability tests, surveys).
  • Set up research logistics including access to tools/data, participant scheduling, confirmations, session logistics, note-taking, recording, and documentation independently.
  • Collect hypotheses and context from Sales, Customer Success, Support, Marketing, Analytics and convert them into testable research questions.
  • Monitor product analytics dashboards and reports, work with analysts to identify anomalies or drop-offs, form hypotheses, and prioritize validations through research.
  • Produce actionable outputs such as key findings, decisions, trade-offs, risks, and clear recommendations supported by evidence.
  • Regularly review existing research, past studies, and competitor insights to synthesize known information before conducting new research.
  • Ensure user needs and constraints are represented in product decisions.
